(closed source and transmits data to Google) work best,
because they support WebRTC multicast and VP9, thereby saving bandwidth.
Firefox now works well again (version 117 incorrectly calculated the available bandwidth). A recent version of Edge also works (as the Chrome engine was incorporated in 2020). Safari works from version 14 onwards. If you have an older iPhone, you should use the Jitsi Meet app.
