Spaces are a new way to group and organise rooms and people.
1) Create a new Space
A new Space can be created via the left-hand sidebar by clicking on + Create new Space.
2) Public or Private
A Space can be Public, visible to everyone, or Private, accessible by invitation only. This can be changed at a later stage.
In this example, a private Space is being created.
3) Enter a name and description
Enter a name and a description for the Space. Additionally, a profile picture can be uploaded. The entered information can be changed at any time.
Confirm by clicking Create.
4) Specify the purpose of the Space
When creating a private Space, you will additionally be asked who the Space is intended for. You can specify whether the Space is meant for organising the creator's own rooms, or whether the Space is to be used for team organisation.
