Set up chat backup
This guide explains how to set up a chat backup with the Fluffy Client on fairchat.eu.
1) Click on the profile in the search bar at the top left
2) The menu will open; select Settings
3) Set up chat backup
The toggle next to the chat backup is set to Off; clicking the toggle allows you to set up the backup.
4) Recovery key
A dialogue box will open displaying the recovery key. Ticking the checkbox copies the recovery key to the clipboard.
5) Recovery key copied
The recovery key must be saved without fail. For example, it can be stored in a password manager such as KeePass.
6) Done!
Confirm by clicking "Close"
The toggle next to the chat backup should then be set to On.
