What are the software components?

fairmeeting uses the wonderful work of the Jitsi Meet team. Their software is open source, but requires specialist knowledge to adapt and scale it. And a lot of servers. The Jitsi demo service meet.jit.si is, incidentally, not GDPR compliant, as other servers (such as Google) are contacted and the servers are located in the USA (Amazon AWS).
