Usually, nothing needs to be configured on the router. However, there may be restrictions when connecting from a corporate network or an open Wi-Fi hotspot.
Media streams are transmitted via RTP UDP through ports 31000–31999. If the firewall blocks these, HTTPS TCP 443 will be used as a fallback (with reduced quality and delays, as this then runs via a so-called TURN server).
Your organisation may have routers, firewalls, or a VPN that do not permit media streams to be sent. Please contact your network administrator to allow media streams to and from the following IPs:
