Unfortunately, dialling in with a telephone number is not possible with fairmeeting.
The sister service fairteaching does offer dial-in by telephone from AT and DE (the PIN is set when the conference is started, the PIN is visible when the conference is accessed, or can be communicated to participants via a messenger, for example).
