1. Use the built-in chat for notes, questions, or to share links.
2. Share your screen to show something.
3. Structure your meeting and write notes together in a shared document. You can either use the built-in board (which disappears when the last person leaves the room, though export is possible) or create your own board.net before the conference, write up the agenda, and share it with the invitation.
4. Start your business meeting according to Art-of-Hosting principles with a check-in — for example, by having each participant write two hashtags in the chat about how they are feeling, or by running a poll on the topic.
