Then set up a private team (at the contacts menu) and share a "main folder" (with max 20GB) with the team. The team then assigns the members of the family, the association or the employees. These should each have their own account, so that they can also set up their own calendar. Of course, a calendar from the team account can also be shared with the team members.
Especially for clubs or companies, it is important that the "main folder" does not belong to one person, because a member of the board or management can change. Therefore, our recommendation is to set up an extra account for the organisation.
